PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE AND PRIVACY POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE ALGRADIA SERVICE. BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT OR OTHERWISE ACCESSING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS IN THEIR ENTIRETY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MAY NOT CREATE AN ACCOUNT OR USE THE SERVICE.
"Service" means the Algradia web application, mobile application, schedule-generation engine, and all related features and content.
"User Content" means any drawings, documents, reports, voice recordings, photographs, or other materials you upload to or generate through the Service.
"Account" means the registered profile through which you access the Service.
By accessing the Service you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
Algradia generates construction project schedules from drawings and other inputs you provide, and maintains those schedules using field reports you submit.
Schedules, durations, and critical-path outputs are estimates generated by automated reasoning and are provided for planning purposes only. You remain solely responsible for verifying and applying them.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability, though we will give reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your Account.
You must notify us promptly at hello@algradia.com of any unauthorized use of your Account.
Founding access is offered at USD $19 per user per month, price-locked for the lifetime of the subscription, available to Users who register while founding spots remain.
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of the then-current billing period.
Except where required by law, fees already paid for a billing period are non-refundable.
You retain all ownership of your User Content. You grant Algradia a limited licence to host, process, and display your User Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you.
You represent that you have the right to upload any User Content and that doing so does not violate the rights of any third party.
Drawings and documents you upload are transmitted to Anthropic, PBC for automated analysis, governed by Anthropic's Privacy Policy. Voice recordings are transmitted to OpenAI for transcription, governed by OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
The Service is hosted on infrastructure provided by Supabase and Vercel. We do not sell your data to any party.
We collect account information (name, company, role, email), User Content, and usage data, and use them solely to operate and improve the Service.
You may delete your Account at any time from Settings; associated data is permanently removed within thirty (30) days.
You shall not misuse the Service, including by reverse-engineering, attempting unauthorized access, uploading unlawful content, or interfering with the integrity or performance of the Service.
All rights, title, and interest in the Service, excluding User Content, are and remain the exclusive property of Algradia. No rights are granted except as expressly set out in these Terms.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ALGRADIA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT SCHEDULES OR OUTPUTS ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR CONSTRUCTION DECISIONS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALGRADIA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, AND ITS TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms. Upon termination your right to use the Service ceases, subject to Section 8 regarding data deletion.
We may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
