Tracking a construction project has always been hard, and the industry has always been slow to change. Plans live in one place, reality lives on site, and the two drift apart from the day work begins. When new tools do arrive, they are built for the billion dollar projects, priced and designed for the few who can afford a dedicated planning team.
Algradia exists to change that. The same intelligence that plans a mega project should be available to the contractor building a villa, a warehouse, or a mid rise. AI is not here to replace the people who build. It is a tool to help us plan better, manage our time, and keep our projects honest. Algradia is for everyone, and anyone can use it.
I am a civil engineer who spent years on real construction sites, working as a project manager at a mid size construction firm. I watched good projects run on WhatsApp groups and reports written from memory at the end of long days. Not because the people were not capable, but because the tools that could help were never built for them.
I hold a BSc in Civil Engineering with a minor in Engineering Management, and I have authored four peer reviewed structural engineering publications. I built Algradia to be the tool I always wished we had on site.
Algradia turns your drawings into a live construction schedule in seconds, then keeps it live using the reports your team files from the field. The plan and the reality stay as one.
I read and reply to every message myself. Whether you are a contractor, a project manager, a fellow founder, or just someone curious about where construction and AI are heading, I would like to hear from you. Tell me what you are building, what is slowing you down, or what you wish a tool like this could do.
I am building Algradia for the people who build everything else. If that is you, reach out.
